In response to the rising global demand for oxygen-free copper (OFC), Srishtech Metal Casting (I) Pvt. Ltd. has successfully developed and implemented a Continuous Casting Plant capable of producing high-purity oxygen-free copper strips, rods, and tubes that meet ASTM Grade 1 & 2 standards.
Through continuous innovation, our OFC continuous casting technology not only ensures high ductility and cold workability but also delivers superior product quality with notable energy savings. This advancement marks a significant milestone in the production of high-conductivity copper materials suitable for critical and high-tech applications.
Our Vertical Continuous Casting Plants for oxygen-free copper rod production are already operating successfully both in India and international markets. Recently, we have also achieved success in producing oxygen-free copper strips using our Horizontal Continuous Casting Plant.
The oxygen-free copper produced meets stringent quality benchmarks in terms of:
· Low oxygen levels
· High electrical conductivity
· Residual resistivity ratio (RRR) of 350 or more, making it ideal for
superconductivity-related applications
